This is a small club in Central Oslo. It’s a NO-TOUCH club with only a few dancers working each night. This creates a calm working environment with less competition for customers.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Dancer
This club is looking for Young and attractive dancers. Experience is welcome but not needed. The working conditions are good and the staff friendly.
Commission
Minimum booking: 2 weeks
Table dance: 50%
Lap dance: 40%
Drinks & Champagne commission: 25%
Tip: 100%
Dance and drinks prices:
Table dance: (nude) 5 min – 500
Lappie: (nude) 10 min – 1000kr
Vip: from 5000 kr
Champagne: 3000 – 36000kr
Stripper Shift Breakdown
Working nights per week: 6
Stage shows: every 10 minutes one Dancer on stage – 2 songs, 1st song dressed, second song topless and last 15-20 seconds nude
Dress code: long dress, sexy, elegant, high heels, make up and hair in proper condition
Touch: No touch allowed
Rules: You can have no contact at all with customers, No phone contacts, No Social media, No dating or meeting customers.
Stripper Employment and Payment details
Payment: Salary payment in Bank in end of contract (Dancer Should have Own bank account from Residence country), Dancers can get small advance for food and running costs, advance collected from salary.
GUARANTEED SALARY
Sample calculation: If a dancer has a 6-workday contract, her total earnings should be at least 6 × 600 = 3,600 NOK. If she earned 1,000 NOK per day for 3 days and 0 NOK per day for 3 days, her total is 3,000 NOK—the club pays the balance of 600 NOK.
At the end of the contract, dancers pay 15% government tax on their total earnings.
Important note about guaranteed salary:
We calculate the guarantee based on the total number of days worked during one contract. For example, if a dancer works 20 days in one contract (20 × 600 = 12,000 NOK), we calculate her total earnings for that period at the end of the contract. If she earned 10,000 NOK, she earned less than the guarantee. The club will pay the difference (12,000 − 10,000 = 2,000 NOK). This does not mean the club pays th
ACCOMMODATION
TRAVEL
You pay for your own travel. Management can pick you up from the bus terminal or central station, make sure you plan your arrival with them in advance.

APPLICATION FORM
In this agency all the communication is done via WhatsApp and Instagram. You can ask questions on WhatsApp but all stripper job applications must be sent via WhatsApp. If you don’t have the app, then you need to download it. The club hiring dancers are also using WhatsApp.

THE PHOTOS
Your photos are the most important part of your application. The clubs are looking at your experience and language skills but they are mostly looking at you. So make sure your photos present the best you.
NO FILTERS
Your photos must represent your current look. Also your photos can not have any filters or be edited.
The best photos to send are in your stripper outfit, so the club can see how you look at work. You can also send photos in bikinis or lingerie. Professional photos are nice to add, but not necessary, as they often are edited you also need to send regular photos.
The club must be able to see all of your body both tummy and booty.
Send a few selfies, nice ones with good makeup, looking fresh and clean. Selfies where you are looking happy and smiling always do much better than grumpy photos. The strip club hiring is looking for adult entertainers, so try to choose photos that are showing the club the entertainer in you.
Photos taken when you are having fun, being on holiday often reflect that kind of vibe.
If you have pole dance videos or dance videos of yourself then add that to your application, clubs love to book good dancers for their strip club jobs.
