This is a really chilled club that I have sent many very content and returning girls to. They all are saying that they love the island, the ambiance in the club, the cute military bots that you will hustle. The club is more of a party and buy me drinks club than a place where you only sell dances. So if you like chatting away and flirting loads with the military boys and get them hooked on your charm, while they are paying you one drink after the other this is a great spot for you.
The club is easy to work at, there’s not many rules and fines, no one will stress you out, you work like you want and you have mamasans helping you push drinks and dances.
The club has a big stage with a static and spinning pole, you dance three songs of your own choice and the Americans are normally quite good at tipping, the Asian tourists however needs to be told to tip as its not in their culture, but they do tip when they are told too.
I have been stripping at this club and I do recommend this club for an exciting and rewarding stripper trip in a tropical paradise.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This club is great for run loving, social girls that like to hustle military men. The stage tip is often good and here the visitors love having fun chats and buying the girls a lot of drinks.
Commission
Commission: 50% on dances and drinks
Dance Price: 10 min cost 100 USD / 30 min cost 300 USD and so on
Drink Price: Small drink 20 USD / Medium drink 50 USD / Large drink 100 USD / Beer 50 USD
Tip: 100%
Stripper Shift Breakdown
Working nights per week: 5
Minimum booking: One month
Stage shows: 3 – 5 per night, 3 songs from dressed to nude
Dress code: Look hot and sexy, wear stripper heels
ACCOMMODATION
Condos, 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min to the club.
SINGLE / DOUBLE ROOM: Double rooms, 4 girls per condo
PRICE PER NIGHT: 11 USD
EQUIPMENT: Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom, AC and Fans, WiFi but you will need to buy a phone card with your own data if you need to have fast internet
TRAVEL
Reimbursed tickets, one way after 48 working nights, return after 72 working nights.

In this agency all the communication is done via WhatsApp and Instagram. You can ask questions on WhatsApp but all stripper job applications must be sent via WhatsApp. If you don’t have the app, then you need to download it. The club hiring dancers are also using WhatsApp.

THE PHOTOS
Your photos are the most important part of your application. The clubs are looking at your experience and language skills but they are mostly looking at you. So make sure your photos present the best you.
NO FILTERS
Your photos must represent your current look. Also your photos can not have any filters or be edited.
The best photos to send are in your stripper outfit, so the club can see how you look at work. You can also send photos in bikinis or lingerie. Professional photos are nice to add, but not necessary, as they often are edited you also need to send regular photos.
The club must be able to see all of your body both tummy and booty.
Send a few selfies, nice ones with good makeup, looking fresh and clean. Selfies where you are looking happy and smiling always do much better than grumpy photos. The strip club hiring is looking for adult entertainers, so try to choose photos that are showing the club the entertainer in you.
Photos taken when you are having fun, being on holiday often reflect that kind of vibe.
If you have pole dance videos or dance videos of yourself then add that to your application, clubs love to book good dancers for their strip club jobs.
All photos and videos should be sent straight via WhatsApp. No links or downloading should be added.

Staff is great! Mama Sanna push the guests to buy the drinks for you and even forces them to take you for a dance, so it eases up your work a lot! The owner is a sweetheart, bartender, DJ, manager and the security – everybody is friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed the island a lot. Great Japanese food, little pricey but totally worth it. Rented a scooter for a day and took a ride around the island that was amazing! Locals are very friendly as well
I would definitely recommend this club to other girls.
1 week I’ve done 2k and the 2nd 1,5k. Plus on top stage tips which are normally up tp 100 usd. I could have done more if I was more active and not so lazy and relaxed
Tips would be to smile a lot, its America. Be naughty with the guests sitting by the stage. Don’t ́t take return ticket to early

Owner of the place is so cool and chill. Club is so relaxing. There is almost no rules. Super comfortable and enjoyable place. Super good working schedule, compare with other countries and clubs…
Not so busy, but there is still money, if u know how to work. The island is really looks like paradise …there are a lot of things to do. A lot of activities, shopping, good restaurants and food. I would love to come back. I will add a few pictures from this unforgettable place

Well the island has been pretty amazing so far even with the setbacks I’ve been having lol the beaches are amazing, and if you go out, you can meet guys who will take you around the island away from the tourist area. It’s slow right now, so the money has been hit or miss and it’s nearly impossible to know when is going to be a good night right now, but if you know how to hustle you’ll still come with money, and getting paid weekly definitely helps with the slow nights.
The clubs here are super chill, I’ve never worked in a club that was focused around selling drinks more than dances, but if you just be yourself and be the “life of the party” even if you don’t drink, you’ll make money. I’m not much into going out and partying, BUT it’s a really good way to meet potential customers which comes in handy on those slow nights. Most of the bars I’ve been to in the area, know what’s up, so if you don’t want to actually drink the alcohol being bought for you, you can let them know ahead of time you just want water shots 🤫

People were generally nice, club is strict about attendance and timeliness (they are paying a salary after all). Since things were slow and the hours were long I would bring a book or do puzzles during this time. Weekends felt slower since there were a lot of girls to client ratio. The club got busy pretty late (around midnight or so).
Later in January I could see that it was getting a lot better.
I slept late but still had time to fit in a nice hike or snorkeling before work. There were very beautiful beaches and amazing things to see. I snorkeled in a few places.
The best way to see the island is to meet someone with a car that can take you everywhere 😂 the second best way is to download stroll (taxis are expensive, even Korean taxi!)and make sure you have data to get you back since you won’t have internet at the trail head.
I would recommend seeing as much of the island as possible but always bringing a hiking buddy or someone who’s been on the trail before, the trails aren’t well marked and it’s easy to get lost. If I’d had a little more time I would have gotten my scuba license since it is much cheaper to do so there than anywhere else.
The place I stayed was nice, be aware you are staying with several others so you have to be flexible, if you are a sensitive sleeper this place is most likely not for you.
Food is expensive so I recommend getting essentials when you first get in which requires taking a taxi to pay-less.
Overall Guam was a great place to relax, jump in the ocean, meditate and meet some cuties while making some money!

The owner and the staff are cool, I was feeling very welcomed and for me this is important to work better. I could also find the other girls very nice…about that magic island no need to say how beautiful it is to rest on the beach side and eat healthy Japanese food or local bbq 😋
There are amazing waterfalls all over the island and some adventure hiking to do to reach them.
Military guys will be happy to drive you around the island or you can rent your own mustang by yourself!
Then, by having enough time it’s possible to get some scuba diving experience…I just can’t wait to go back there.

I really needed to make this extra money and to cut off with my everyday life. I have tons of things to do right now unfortunately, but if I have the chance I’d love to go to mainland USA during summertime. Then I will ask you if you have any good club 😘

The rest of the staff was also very kind hearted, they will sometimes drive you to your apartment after work or just ask you if there is anything you need.

8 out of 10 (wifi is sometimes crap) but you can buy a sim card here on the island to stay connected

It all depends on the military guys that comes in, so you have to plan well when to come. At first my daily average was between 95 and 600 (really inconsistent) but since the ship has arrived I have been making a 1000 a night! (It also depends on yourself tho! Fix those regulars)

Do some big grocery shopping for the house when you arrive, cause you wont feel like doing that every day (its kinda far) and it’s real hard to find places around the club or condo that serves your daily need of fruits and veggies (unprocessed)
