This is a small champagne bar and Strip club in Norway and a no-touch club. It suits dancers who prefer a calmer work environment with short working hours and nice accommodation. Norwegian clients are easy-going, friendly, and well-behaved.

Stripper Shift Breakdown
Working nights per week: 6
Minimum booking: You can come and work weekends, or do longer bookings
Stage shows: Stage shows every 10 min, 2 songs, first song dresses, second song topless, last 15 sec nude
Dress code: Long, sexy, elegant dresses and high heels. Hair and makeup should be in good condition.
Smoking inside: NO
Touch: No touch allowed
Rules: You can have no contact at all with customers, No phone contacts, No Social media, No dating or meeting customers.
Stripper Employment and Payment details
Small advances for food and expenses can be provided, deducted from the final salary.
GUARANTEED EARNINGS
The club guarantees that dancers willing and able to work will earn a minimum of 1000 NOK (approximately 100 EUR) per workday from drinks and dances. If a dancer earns less than this average due to low customer spending, the club will cover the difference based on the total number of working days in their contract.
Example Calculation:
For a dancer with a 6-day contract:
- Minimum earnings should be 6 x 1000 = 6000 NOK.
- If the dancer earns 1000 NOK on 3 days and 0 NOK on 3 days, the total earnings would be 3000 NOK. The club would then pay the balance of 3000 NOK to meet the guarantee.
At the end of the contract, all dancers are subject to a 15% government tax on total earnings.
Important Note:
The guaranteed earnings are calculated based on the total number of days worked during the contract. For example, if a dancer stays for 20 days, the guarantee is 20 x 1000 = 20,000 NOK. At the end of the contract, if the dancer earns 10,000 NOK, the club will pay the difference (20,000 – 10,000 = 10,000 NOK). This does not mean the club pays guarantee money daily.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is located just 10 minutes from the club. It is well-equipped, with 2–3 dancers per room.
The club also provides transportation to and from work.

TRAVEL
Dancers pay for their own travel. The club can pick you up from Drammen Train Station. Make sure to plan your arrival and pickup with management in advance.

In this agency all the communication is done via WhatsApp and Instagram. You can ask questions on WhatsApp but all stripper job applications must be sent via WhatsApp. If you don’t have the app, then you need to download it. The club hiring dancers are also using WhatsApp.

THE PHOTOS
Your photos are the most important part of your application. The clubs are looking at your experience and language skills but they are mostly looking at you. So make sure your photos present the best you.
NO FILTERS
Your photos must represent your current look. Also your photos can not have any filters or be edited.
The best photos to send are in your stripper outfit, so the club can see how you look at work. You can also send photos in bikinis or lingerie. Professional photos are nice to add, but not necessary, as they often are edited you also need to send regular photos.
The club must be able to see all of your body both tummy and booty.
Send a few selfies, nice ones with good makeup, looking fresh and clean. Selfies where you are looking happy and smiling always do much better than grumpy photos. The strip club hiring is looking for adult entertainers, so try to choose photos that are showing the club the entertainer in you.
Photos taken when you are having fun, being on holiday often reflect that kind of vibe.
If you have pole dance videos or dance videos of yourself then add that to your application, clubs love to book good dancers for their strip club jobs.
