Club Presentation
Landsthul is a small town in the German mountains and there’s an American army base next to it. Therefore 90% of the visitors too the clubs are American Military men. They are looking for fun, a good time and you are often sitting down drinking and partying with them. The drinks can be alcohol free if you like.
The club owner has two clubs next to each other. So read about both clubs and let me know which club you think might suit you better.
CLUB 1
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Dancer
This club has a more relaxed atmosphere. Smoking is allowed inside, and the hustle is more focused on conversation and drinks. The club has a bit of a “home party” vibes. In other words, this club suits dancers who enjoy sitting down and talking with customers over drinks. It’s also ideal for dancers who smoke and drink. Champagne sales are more common here. Drinks can be alcohol-free, but Champagne contains alcohol.
Commission
Commissions: 40,5 % on drinks and dances
Dance Price: Private dance, one song – 30€, two songs 50€, four songs 100€.
VIP: VIP and Champagne, 30 min 350€ / VIP and Champagne, 1h 600€
Drink Price: Small drink 20€ / Small cocktail 35€ / Big cocktail 60€ / Piccolo 50€ / Champagne 120 – 1500€
Tip: 50% The club sells tip dollars to make good tip possible
Stripper Shift Breakdown
Working nights per week: 5-6
Minimum booking: 2-3 weeks, average booking 1 month
Stage shows: The Stage shows are going all night and the guys are tipping really nice when there is good stage shows. You are dancing 2 songs, topless.
Dress code: The girls needs to have clean and arrange hair, good makeup, sexy dresses and nice show costumes. The club is pretty cold during the Winter time so bring some warm and sexy stripper clothes.
Club rules: No sex, No kissing, No meeting customers outside the club, No phone at work, The tips that you get needs to be changed for stripper dollars Smoking inside: Yes
Stripper Employment and Payment details
Cancel or changing the contract: For the dancer that wants to change the dates of the booking or leave earlier, this needs to be communicated to Eva one week in advanced.
Contract & Payment: New dancers on their first visit will receive the daily fixed salary at the end of their contract. The minimum booking is 2 weeks. If a dancer books her first appointment for 3 weeks or longer and realizes after the first week that the club isn’t for her, she must inform the owner 1 week in advance that she wants to finish early. Dancers who don’t respect their appointments or give 1 week’s notice before finishing early will not receive the fix salary. The salary is only paid to dancers who honor their commitments!
Dance money and drink commissions are paid daily!
Returning dancers can receive payment in cash or by bank transfer, you can arrange this with the owner and choose to receive your earnings daily or weekly.
ACCOMMODATION
Bring bed linen for a double bed and a towel.
Double rooms cost 60€ per week (about 9€ per day).
CLUB 2
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Dancer
This is the larger club with a big stage and non-stop dancing. The clients are American soldiers who often tip well when there’s a good show. A DJ plays every Friday and Saturday.
This is a non-smoking club. It suits dancers who enjoy performing on stage and earning money through dance sales.
Commission

TRAVEL
Frankfurt Am Main is the closest airport
From the airport you take the train to Landsthul. When you buy your train ticket to Landsthul at the airport, please double check so you buy the ticket to Landsthul. There is another village about 1,5h train ride from Landsthul that spells almost the same, and theres a few dancers that has taken the train to the wrong village. We don’t want that too happen to you
The club is on walking distance from the train station
APPLICATION FORM
In this agency all the communication is done via WhatsApp and Instagram. You can ask questions on WhatsApp but all stripper job applications must be sent via WhatsApp. If you don’t have the app, then you need to download it. The club hiring dancers are also using WhatsApp.

THE PHOTOS
Your photos are the most important part of your application. The clubs are looking at your experience and language skills but they are mostly looking at you. So make sure your photos present the best you.
NO FILTERS
Your photos must represent your current look. Also your photos can not have any filters or be edited.
The best photos to send are in your stripper outfit, so the club can see how you look at work. You can also send photos in bikinis or lingerie. Professional photos are nice to add, but not necessary, as they often are edited you also need to send regular photos.
The club must be able to see all of your body both tummy and booty.
Send a few selfies, nice ones with good makeup, looking fresh and clean. Selfies where you are looking happy and smiling always do much better than grumpy photos. The strip club hiring is looking for adult entertainers, so try to choose photos that are showing the club the entertainer in you.
Photos taken when you are having fun, being on holiday often reflect that kind of vibe.
If you have pole dance videos or dance videos of yourself then add that to your application, clubs love to book good dancers for their strip club jobs.
